Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to recruit technical manpower to Swire Energy Services. We offer you a challenging position with an opportunity to influence the daily operation of our projects all over Europe. You will be a part of the Technician Services Team and work in close collaboration with our offices in Denmark, UK and Poland. We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist that is based in Poland. You will have the option to work from home or our office in Bydgoszcz.


Your responsibilities

You will work closely with Project Managers and Coordinators in terms of coordinating people resources. Your overall responsibility is to ensure a steady pipeline of required and competent resources for our extensive pool of highly skilled technicians to meet our customers’ business requirements.

 Your tasks will include:

  • Recruitment and screening of candidates based on sourcing requirements
  • Registration and maintenance of relevant candidates
  • Building, updating and maintaining our resource database
  • Ensuring technicians meet all requirements
  • Maintaining agreements with sub-suppliers on recruitment
  • Assisting in developing recruitment/sourcing strategy
  • Preparing and posting job advertisements
  • Active sourcing of candidates through various channels
  • Continuously identify improvements and opportunities in the recruitment process
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks


Moreover, we are looking for someone who can manage team lead tasks such as:

  • Delegating tasks within the Recruitment team
  • Ensuring that recruitment processes are continually monitored and improved
  • Achieving set tasks and KPIs



You have experience from a similar position and ideally from the wind industry. Your educational level is expected to be at bachelor level within communication, human resource management or similar. You have flair for IT, in particular MS Office package. You have experience with recruitment via LinkedIn and branding and you are able to lead a team. You have solid communication and interpersonal skills and are a good networker. Technical background or understanding of technical skills will be advantageous.

Your English skills must be B2 or higher.
